Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing breakfast service, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
- Maintain kitchen organisation, hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation, particularly within the breakfast offering.
- Ensure smooth operations during service, managing timing and workflow effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on breakfast service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
