• Contribute to menu development and innovation, particularly within the breakfast offering.
• Ensure smooth operations during service, managing timing and workflow effectively.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on breakfast service.
