We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join us in our Marketing Department at 2Roads. The incumbent will be responsible for thevisual communication of the company's brand, projects, and technical expertiseacross a range of internal and external platforms.

Design marketing materials including brochures,proposals, presentations, and project profiles
Create and maintain branded templates forinternal and external communications
Produce digital assets for the company website,social media, and email campaigns
Support tender and bid submissions withprofessional graphic layouts and formatting
Collaborate with the marketing team, technicalstaff, and management to translate complex engineering concepts into clearvisual content
Manage and enforce brand consistency across allcompany touchpoints
Prepare files for print production and digitaldelivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously andmeet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in GraphicDesign, Visual Communication, or equivalent
2-3 years of professional design experience in acorporate, in-house, or agency environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience acrossbrand identity, print, presentations, and digital media
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularlyPowerPoint, for branded template design
Working knowledge of Figma or equivalent tools isadvantageous
Understanding of print production processes, filespecifications, and colour management
Experience in a technical, engineering, or B2Benvironment will be a strong advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads,and meet deadlines consistently

Ongoing awareness of design trends, industrystandards, and best practices
