About the Role

We are hiring a Brand Manager to support the execution of global brand strategy and drive consistency across international markets for a fast growing, celebrity backed premium spirits brand. This role connects global leadership, local teams, and external partners to ensure brand activations are locally relevant while maintaining world class standards.

You will review brand plans and creative, support digital and content operations, streamline workflows, and bring structure to evolving processes. You will also manage inbound requests, clarify priorities, and package recommendations for leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast moving, highly visible brand environment.

Core Responsibilities International Brand Execution
  • Support the rollout of global brand strategy across priority markets
  • Review local brand plans, campaigns, and activations to ensure strategic alignment
  • Maintain brand consistency while enabling thoughtful localization
  • Act as a gatekeeper for brand approvals, including talent imagery and asset usage
Digital and Content Operations
  • Support markets with digital setup and execution across social, paid media, e commerce, and marketplaces
  • Review and approve monthly content calendars and creative against brand standards
  • Provide clarity on tools, platforms, and processes where guidance is limited
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize workflows
Cross Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of connection between international markets, global marketing, PR, and external partners
  • Gather context, assess risks, and present clear recommendations on sensitive or new initiatives
  • Manage inbound requests and triage priorities to reduce pressure on senior leadership
Problem Solving and Process Development
  • Take ownership of new or ambiguous challenges and propose practical solutions
  • Capture learnings and help build scalable, repeatable processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or agency account roles
  • Strong grounding in brand management, creative evaluation, and campaign execution
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, markets, and time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive work forward
  • Clear, confident communicator who brings solutions, not just problems

  • Agency experience or management of multiple brands or clients
  • Exposure to international or regional marketing environments
  • Experience supporting digital, social, or e commerce initiatives
  • Spirits, beverage, or regulated category exposure
