Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Lead supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and acting as the main point of contact.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing & commercial plans across omnichannel touchpoints (Modern Trade, Horeca, Retail, Online)
- Execute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) strategies to achieve best in class shopper experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis, manage pricing strategies, and safeguard margins and profitability.
- Oversee stock management, forecasting, and corrective measures to prevent overstock/expiry issues.
- Deliver impactful brand activations, campaigns, and events in line with supplier and company strategy.
- Build strong commercial relationships with customers (Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Retailers, Supermarkets, etc.).
- Provide product and brand training to sales teams and B2B customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Demand Planning, Brand Activation) to ensure seamless execution.
- Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, or category management within FMCG, beverages, or hospitality.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing margins, pricing, and stock profitability.
- Excellent relationship building skills with international suppliers and local stakeholders.
- Dynamic, proactive, and creative profile with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bilingual: French and English
- Knowledge of wine/beverages is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to leading international wine brands and global suppliers.
