What You'll Be Doing

As the main point of contact for our ambassadors, you'll build strong relationships, keep them motivated, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Your success will directly contribute to campaign results and future business growth.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Recruiting and onboarding new ambassadors via our website and proactive outreach
  • Managing campaign opt-ins and ambassador participation
  • Conducting pre-delivery calls and emails
  • Supporting ambassadors throughout campaigns and answering queries via phone/email
  • Ensuring sampling campaigns are delivered successfully and targets are achieved
  • Collecting feedback, photos, and campaign results insights
  • Selecting and communicating with prize winners
  • Uploading campaign content from email and social media channels
