We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch in Marken, Limpopo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable and efficient management of the branch while ensuring VKB's high standards of service, quality, and operational excellence are consistently maintained.

This role requires a hands on leader who can motivate teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth within the VKB framework.

• Financial Management: Manage branch profitability, budgets, and cost control.
• Operational Management: Oversee stock control, logistics, and product availability in line with VKB procedures.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop employees while creating a productive team culture.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experiences, resolve issues effectively, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and branch performance.

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
• 5-7 years' management experience within retail or agri-business.
• Proven success in leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial, operational, and business acumen.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work after hours when required.
