Bid Manager.
QualificationBachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science Honours / Bachelor of Technology Civil or Similar.
(4year degree non-negotiable on Critical Skills Permit - NQF8).
Minimum Requirements- 10 years plus of experience as Bid Manager on large residential projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractors.
- Work with corporate companies as well as council housing projects.
- Experience in bidding for and compiling bids for tenders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
