A leading construction firm is seeking a Batch Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at Tharisa Mine. Responsibilities include efficient supervision within budget, managing teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Candidates must have a Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience in batch plant operations. A Concrete Technology Diploma is advantageous, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
