ClubMed

Job Description

Who are we?

Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now. Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world. To create these moments of happiness, we have something others don't: the Club Med Spirit and our five values - kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom, and a pioneering spirit. Today, Club Med is the world leader in premium all-inclusive vacations. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices, and agencies across more than 40 countries.

Your work environment

Each Resort features several restaurants and bars, from event venues to intimate settings, serving our premium all-inclusive offer. Our bars and dining areas create opportunities for guests and staff to meet and connect, setting the rhythm for each highlight of the day. From themed evenings to festive events, you will work in a multifaceted environment where you can fully express your creativity. Our refined offer is based on five pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests with a range of conceptual spaces, promoting well-being for all (including your own), and engaging senses and emotions through staging and ambiance.

You are
  • Sociable, with a talent for building trust and connections with guests.
  • Efficient, able to prioritize tasks to minimize waiting times.
  • Attentive, delivering personalized and memorable service.
  • Professional, with impeccable posture, grooming, and attitude in a premium setting.
  • Warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
You will
  • Welcome, advise, and serve guests while delivering a personalized experience.
  • Organize events at the bar for 600 to 1,000 guests.
  • Contribute to managing the economic and qualitative performance of the Resort's bars.
  • Prepare cocktails tailored to an international clientele.
  • Provide service in the dining areas, clear tables, and manage bar dishwashing operations.
  • Manage drink measurements, monitor stock levels, and maintain cleanliness of your workstation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, hygiene and safety regulations, and legal obligations.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job, it's about sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
