Bakery Advisor Western Cape Yeast Manufacturer

We are seeking a BAKERY ADVISOR to join the team of a leading yeast manufacturing company in the Western Cape's Epping, Industria. This role is a unique blend of technical baking expertise and commercial sales drive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing expert product support for our Bakery Specialties portfolio within retail key accounts. This is a highly active, field-based role (90% on the road) that requires traveling into various areas, including townships.

• Hands-on Baking: Baking daily in targeted stores to demonstrate product quality.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving customer complaints on-site.
• Sales Growth: Increasing sales volume and value for yeast and specialty ingredients.
• Training: Upskilling both internal and external bakers on the effective use of products.
• Market Intelligence: Reporting on competitor activity, market trends, and new business opportunities.

• Education: Grade 12.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector.
• Technical Skill: A formal technical qualification and/or proven professional experience in baking.
• Mobility: A valid Code 8 driver's license is essential.
• Availability: Willingness to be available 24/7 within reason to support bakery operations.
• Skills: Fully computer literate (MS Office) with excellent rapport-building and communication skills.

• Salary: R 18300 CTC (Slightly negotiable based on suitability).
