B2B Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
TheLead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively engagingpotential customers to generate qualified leads for the business.Operating within a call centre environment, this role focuses onoutbound calling, basic needs analysis, and accurate capture ofprospective information to support sales and business developmentteams.
PURPOSEOF THE ROLE- Conductoutbound calls to prospective customers using provideddatabases and dialler systems.
- Introducethe company, its products or services, and the purpose ofthe call in a clear and professional manner.
- Identifyand qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g.Interest, eligibility, need).
- Captureaccurate customer and lead information on CRM or leadmanagement systems.
- Bookcallbacks, appointments, or referrals for senior sales oradvisory teams where required.
- Meetor exceed daily and monthly activity and lead generationtargets (calls, contacts, qualified leads).
- Complywith all scripts, processes, quality standards, andregulatory requirements.
- Maintaina high level of professionalism, energy, and resilience in ahigh-volume-called environment.
- Participatein coaching, training, and quality assurance sessions toimprove performance continuously.
- Minimum1 year' proven experience in Lead Generation within a B2Bsetting/campaign
- CallCentre environment sales experience in a UK Campaign isadvantageous
