Must Haves- 5-10 years of experience as a Partner in a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
- Proven track record as a signing partner on engagements with large banking groups and central banks.
- Extensive Africa wide exposure, including experience with hyperinflationary accounting and currency devaluation scenarios.
- CA(SA), BCompt (CTA) and BCom Honours degrees.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence regulators, CEOs, and CROs.
- Demonstrated impact in mentoring and commitment to black economic empowerment initiatives.
