Position Overview:This position is responsible for helping implement MRI's Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property and lease management solutions for new clients, as well as work for existing clients, throughout EMEA.Working alongside an MRI Project Manager and Lead Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will participate in both internal and external meetings, and take guidance from the internal team. This person must be a team player as there are many key stakeholders across the MRI business that work together towards successful implementations.We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work UK hours, 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and therefore will be able to take leave on UK public holidays in place of recognised South African public holidays.Key areas of responsibility are:Work under instruction from the MRI project team to execute tasks such as data entry into the MRI solution, into one of the data migration tools), and the basic manipulation of this data - either manually or using tools - to get it into the right format for data entry.Completing configuration of the MRI solution based on decisions made by the client and as guided by the Lead Implementation ConsultantExecuting and recording the results of test plans being run on behalf of the client in the MRI solutionAccompany the Lead Implementation Consultant in workshops and provide assistance such as circulating workshop actions, helping complete those actions, chasing client actions etc.Requirements:Some experience in business, with an understanding of the software implementation lifecycle advantageousProperty and lease management experience is desirable but not essentialStrong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detailKnowledge of how AI can help in the workplace and a strong willingness to harness and learn about AI as it develops to improve stakeholder (MRI and client) outcomesAbility to reason logically and provide innovative solutionsGood problem-solving skills and tenacity to resolve themStrong professionalism and customer satisfaction orientationWork across several different projects and therefore the ability to juggle different pieces of work, to meet time estimates, and seek prioritisation or other guidance when requiredHigh initiative, self-motivation and enthusiasm, both when working solo and as part of a teamWork with a varied number of clients in different specialised sectors, and different internal teams at MRICompetency in Excel, Word, PowerPointOther notes:Travel beyond MRI offices is unlikelyThis is an early-career role designed to build capability in software implementation and consulting, with a clear progression pathway into an Implementation Consultant role and broader solution consulting responsibilitiesWe're obsessed with making this the best job you've ever had!We want our teams to love working here, so we've created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:We want our staff to love working here, and so we've created a few unique perks such as office breakfasts, quarterly lunches and virtual social events.
