Assistant Store Manager - Queenstown

Hours: 33 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday roster

Hourly Rate: $26.44 per hour

Assist in managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role supports the Store Manager and leads a small team of associates.

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and the execution of promotional plans.
• Coach and develop staff through regular feedback and training.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to implement corporate values: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism.
• Manage store performance reports and support operational initiatives.

• Previous experience in a medium to large retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and build a supportive team culture.
• Proficiency in using retail POS systems and reporting tools.
