Key Responsibilities- Support store performance and daily operations
- Assist with financial controls, POS compliance, and stock management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards
- Oversee store security, health, and safety in the absence of the Store Manager
- Support staff training, administration, and operational compliance
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good planning, organisation, and time-management skills
- Computer literacy and administrative competence
- Leadership and team support capability
- Grade 12
- Previous retail supervisory or assistant management experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Retail systems experience (EVO advantageous)
