Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting store leadership, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering premium customer experiences in line with the Cielo brand. We are looking for a reliable and driven retail professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and supporting teams and store operations in a luxury retail environment.

Support store operations and uphold brand excellence.

• Support store performance and daily operations
• Assist with financial controls, POS compliance, and stock management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards
• Oversee store security, health, and safety in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support staff training, administration, and operational compliance

• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good planning, organisation, and time-management skills
• Computer literacy and administrative competence
• Leadership and team support capability

• Grade 12
• Previous retail supervisory or assistant management experience
• MS Office proficiency
• Retail systems experience (EVO advantageous)
