We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

  • Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's
  • Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services
  • Motivate and guide the team during shifts
  • Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties
  • Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts
  • Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, 1-3 years
  • Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset
  • Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
