Assistant Spa Manager
Job Description
Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the spa. You will assist in managing the team, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue growth while fostering a serene and welcoming environment for guests. This is a hands on role that combines leadership, operational management, and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising, mentoring, and motivating the spa team, ensuring a high level of professionalism and performance.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests, driving revenue growth and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing staff training to ensure consistent service excellence and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle bookings, manage client records, and assist with reporting and budgeting tasks as required.

- Diploma or certification in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury spa environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Experience in retail sales within a spa setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues calmly.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and drive sales.
- Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and trends.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
