Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work on new build housing sites across the North West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the day to day running of site operations
  • Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are completed to programme and required standards
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
  • Monitoring quality and reporting progress
Requirements
  • Previous experience on new build housing projects
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to support and manage site activities effectively
  • £24 per hour
  • Ongoing temporary work
