Minimum Vereistes:
  • Graad 12;
  • 4 Jaar Graan/Silo ondervinding;
  • Berokings kursus voltooi;
  • Gradeeringskursusse voltooi;
  • Vorige ondervinding in effektiewe toesighouding en/of bestuur van personeel;
  • Ondervinding in die bestuur van begrotings en kostes;
  • Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig;
  • Sterk administratiewe vaardighede en organisasie vermoe;
  • Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
  • Sterk leierseienskappe;
  • Goeie kennis van die mark en besigheidsomgewing;
  • Besigheidinsig.
Verantwoordelikhede:
  • Bestuur Silo teenoor Begroting;
  • Bestuur van personeel;
