As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Data Centre project in East London valued over £300m. This project has a duration of over 2 years. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be full-time site based. They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who can start as soon as possible.
This company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are dominating the London market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity SurveyorInclude but not limited to:
- Helping with administration of contracts
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimates
- Working collaboratively with internal team
- Live within commutable distance to East London
- Degree in a construction related degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a Main Contractor
- Salary of up to £45k + Package
- Annual reviews
- Travel to site paid
