As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Data Centre project in East London valued over £300m. This project has a duration of over 2 years. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be full-time site based. They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who can start as soon as possible.

This company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are dominating the London market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks.

Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

  • Helping with administration of contracts
  • Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimates
  • Working collaboratively with internal team
Key Requirements of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Live within commutable distance to East London
  • Degree in a construction related degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a Main Contractor
