Position: Assistant Manager - Ad Operations, Digital Business
Purpose: The Ad Operations personnel will be responsible to manage, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves close coordination with sales and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, performance optimization, and revenue growth, and will be based in the regional Gurgaon office. Theideal candidate will be focused on sales enablement, have an eye for detail, and will have had someexperience of being part of a technically skilled team that has delivered successful results in asolutions-first environment.
Education: Graduate Degree or B-Tech Preferred / MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 4+ years' experience in Digital background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure campaigns deliver as per booked impressions, clicks, or conversions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ensure accurate implementation of creatives, targeting, budgets, and tracking pixels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from brief to closure.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and inventory utilization.
- Communicate campaign status, risks, and escalations proactively.
