Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager on behalf of our client to join their team based in Western Cape.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Negotiations of lease renewals.
  • Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers.
  • Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements.
  • Peruse and prepare offers and lease agreements for signature.
  • Implement systems and control measures.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations.
  • Property Administration.
  • Professional support services to the team.
  • Maintain efficient filing system for leases and written correspondence.
Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
  • 3 years' experience in the commercial property leasing environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment.
  • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline-orientated environment.
