This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a sophisticated balance of administrative oversight and "on-the-floor" presence. You will mentor department heads across Rooms, Golf, Spa, and F&B to deliver a cohesive, world-class guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, ensuring seamless synergy between the championship golf course, luxury spa, and multiple F&B outlets.

Quality Control: Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits to maintain impeccable 5-star standards in housekeeping, maintenance, and service delivery.

Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, labor costs, and P&L statements; drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cost-control initiatives.

Guest Experience Excellence: Act as the senior point of escalation for guest feedback, proactively resolving issues and fostering a culture of "exceeding expectations."

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the GM on long-term capital projects, marketing strategies, and property-wide internal improvements.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers; oversee performance management and foster a high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with club members, residents, and corporate partners to ensure the hotel remains a pillar of the community.

Requirments

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role (EAM or Operations Manager) within a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.

Versatility: Strong working knowledge of luxury F&B operations and a solid understanding of the unique logistics involved in Golf and Spa management.

Leadership Style: A "lead by example" approach with a proven track record of developing talent and maintaining high staff morale.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent international qualification.

Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of revenue management, financial reporting, and luxury market trends.

Presence: Exceptional grooming, communication, and public speaking skills, capable of representing the brand at the highest level.

Desirable Qualifications / Attributes:

Experience managing a property with a significant residential or membership component (Golf/Country Club).

A "hands-on" problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in hospitality tech stacks (Opera, Simphony, etc.).

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: Market-related salary based on experience and qualifications.

Professional Environment: The chance to work at one of the region's premier luxury destinations.

Growth Opportunities: Access to ongoing training and internal promotion paths within the property.
