Do you have experience in housekeeping at Christian camp? Looking for a place to serve in a thriving ministry? Ponderosa is looking to fill an immediate opening for our Assistant Director of Housekeeping position. This position is second in command of our Housekeeping department and reports directly to the Housekeeping Director. This is a year-round full-time paid leadership position. Our Housekeeping department serves up to 350 guests at a time and the Assistant Director of Housekeeping is vital to our ministry. Qualified applicants will have experience in housekeeping within Christian Camp Ministry, preferably with leadership experience and be willing to work hard within a Christian Ministry team. Duties of the Assstant Director of Housekeeping include leading a crew of part time staff to clean and prepare our guest spaces, supervision of staff as they carry out cleaning duties, laundry, restocking supplies, training of new staff, assisting the Housekeeping Director in scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and taking care of our guests. This position qualifies for employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement, and paid vacation.
