Asset Risk Management Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a general administrator with sound knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance. The suitable candidate should have at least 3 years' experience within a similar role and understanding of urgency, accuracy, and client relations. Must be a strong, confident candidate who can handle pressure. The candidate must also be organised and self-sufficient without the need to be micromanaged.
Required Skills- Grade 12
- One to three years relevant commercial short-term claims experience (compulsory)
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- MS Office literate
- Receiving all claims notifications from clients
- Screening policy cover, wordings and claim documents
- Reporting claims
- Corresponding with clients, brokers, insurers, assessors
- Adherence to SLA's
- Record Keeping
- Ensuring that all claims are finalised with urgency and accuracy; and
- Interpreting claims issues and complex resolutions.
