Job Description

The Area Process Manager ensures that TFG stores operate efficiently and effectively, ensuring the standardisation in processes and that their operations comply with the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Store operating model activation

  • Validate processes based on the checklist during store visits, which will enable the identification of processes execution and compliance. Main processes to be validated: Product Receiving, Staffing, Documentation Procedures, Health & Safety, Law & Regulations, Lay-bys, Regulatory- Labor Laws, Risk and Control, Banking, Payment Card Industry, My Access Control

Op-compliance inspections

  • Absorb the administrative (streamlined) tasks, ensuring compliance and managing the risks from a group-wide (brand agnostic) perspective
  • Responsible for ensuring that the stores that are under their responsibility comply with the company's policies and procedures
  • Monitor the administrative processes at store level to ensure their alignment with the internal procedures through store visits with standardized guidelines
  • Conduct Operations Compliance inspections to verify the adequacy of procedures required for the store processes
  • Monitor compliance with Regulatory requirements
  • Fraud and Risk Management
  • Implement administrative processes in stores, ensuring that store teams are well prepared for implementing the new processes
  • Ensure the compliance of the workforce scheduling

Processes

  • Execute and ensure that risk, compliance, administrative processes are performed following the company's guidelines
  • Improve internal practices related to compliance and risk management continuously
Qualifications

Qualification and Experience:

  • A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant retail experience with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Area Manager or similar level Retail experience
