Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and develop our store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Conduct store visits, evaluate operations, and implement improvements.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new managers to join our team.
  • Analyze sales data, minimize costs, and optimize inventory management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and teamwork across our stores.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of retail experience (clothing sector a plus!).
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Proven people management skills and a sales driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • High level of self motivation, determination, and integrity.
