WE'RE HIRING CONTRACT PLUMBER WANTED. Top Building (Pty) Limited is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in Pretoria, proudly servicing major clients in the insurance, banking, and manufacturing sectors.
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
- Inspect drainage and plumbing systems for compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Identify faults and propose effective, timely solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver's license
- At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Males between 20-40 years of age
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
