Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive. # Analyst, Contract Negotiator Location: Remote - Cape Town, South AfricaThe Analyst, Contract Negotiator is responsible for negotiating, reviewing, validating, and generating Energy, Oil, Gas and Sustainability Contracts, Master Agreements, Service Agreements, and related documentation in accordance with World Kinect Corporation's contract process. This includes counterparty engagement contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and customer & supply agreements for both new and existing counterparties.This role provides direct support to the Legal, Sales, and Commercial Services teams and requires frequent interaction with counterparties, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across WKC. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Draft new business contracts and amend existing agreements as required. Review, interpret, negotiate, and administer counterparty engagement agreements, supply agreements, business development contracts, trading contracts (e.g., retail agreements, long form agreements), and related ancillary documentation. Review, negotiate, and maintain standardized contract templates, provisions, and other agreement frameworks. Verify and ensure organizational compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and internal processes. File and maintain all contractual correspondence and documentation in accordance with the WKC document retention process. Manage shared Outlook mailboxes, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external counterparties. Maintain and validate counterparty legal names, corporate hierarchies, and entity structure information. Support internal projects and cross functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification. 3-5 years business experience with contractual negotiations and business law. International experience is preferrable. Energy contract experience is preferrable. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organizational skills Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment. Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies.
