I'm working with a reputable and long-standing law firm with a strong presence in the North West, who are looking to add an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to their Manchester team. Your Role

You'll manage a busy and varied caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants to ensure their rights are protected and essential repairs are addressed. The role involves:

  • Handling a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with precision
  • Engaging with clients empathetically, often in sensitive circumstances
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive cases forward efficiently
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in housing disrepair work
  • Confident handling litigated matters from start to finish
  • Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously within a supportive team environment
