2 Year Contract

  • Ensure control of port call activities and ensure that all port call operations are carried out in complete safety and security.
  • Ensure that risk management processes are maintained at an acceptable level during all ground handling activities. Any change in procedure or initiative that could have an impact or repercussions on safety and security must be subject to a prior risk assessment.
  • Manage the operating costs of the stopover,
  • Carry out assistance services for aircraft on ground in compliance with standards and procedures,
  • Establish the schedules of the teams and determine the roles of each with the team leaders and ensure the presence of all.
  • Ensure the supervision of all aircraft activities on the ground floor,
  • Write and transmit incident and accident reports, and documents for monitoring ground handling activity,
  • Ensure the implementation of all the means necessary for the proper completion of the missions of the stopover
  • Organize work with the aim of maintaining the optimal use of resources,
  • Implement safety management system requirements in its field,

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in airline operations.

The Airport Supervisor supervises the subcontractor's activities and is responsible for the management of the stopover and the smooth running of ground handling operations. Has the authority to take safety measures to protect equipment and passengers
