The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Airport Admin Assistant specializing in Ticketing and Reservations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth airline operations by managing passenger bookings, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional support to travelers. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle airline ticketing processes including booking, rebooking, cancellations, and fare calculations
  • Assist passengers with reservations, travel inquiries, and itinerary changes
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with airline partners and internal departments for seamless operations
  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
  • Prepare reports related to ticket sales, reservations, and daily transactions
  • Support administrative functions including documentation and data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office applications
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency, or airport operations. Freshers with relevant training or certification in ticketing and reservations may also apply.

Working Hours

Flexible shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays. Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) depending on airport operations.
