Job Overview 
AGRICULTURAL FACILITATOR ( 2) positions at Lima Rural Development Foundation. Locations: Postmasburg (1) and Kathu (1) - Northern Cape. Full-time. Closing date: 05 May 2026 (COB).
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
- Valid driver's licence with at least 1 year manual driving experience
- Must reside in the Northern Cape (preference: Postmasburg & Kathu)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and Setswana
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Engage communities through consultation and planning
- Support agricultural skills development for smallholder farmers
- Facilitate access to production inputs
- Promote value chain development
- Link farmers to sustainable markets
- Monitor production progress and outcomes
