The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing and filing delivery and stock documentation accurately
- Assisting with stock reporting and quarterly stock counts
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Capturing stock count data into internal systems
- Preparing variance reports for management review
- Handling customer queries and providing administrative support
- Maintaining effective document control and compliance with procedures
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
