Reporting To: Fulfilment Manager - Lawyer Checker & Buildx

Description

As a Fulfilment Colleague within the Lawyer Checker team, you are required to conduct in-depth research against Law Firms and Licensed Conveyancers. This involves analysing and collating information to create documents to send out to our clients. Accuracy and attention to detail is key.

As part of the team your role involves conducting an in-depth risk analysis and written report for consumption by our customers. We are on the lookout for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on Law Firms/Licensed Conveyancers using a variety of websites and spreadsheets.
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries for Account Support, responding to these in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Check over new registrations when they come in, following the correct procedures and dealing with these quickly and efficiently.
  • Check through scam alerts and notices against solicitors or a firm and add these to the system where necessary.
  • Testing of new processes and other activities as required by the business.
  • Perform other data and administration tasks on an ad-hoc basis as required.
  • Order data products via a number of sources including online, telephone and hard copy.
  • Using our in-house technology to manage the progression of orders to fulfilment for our customer.
  • Re-submit any system rejections.
  • Raise and respond to any data provider enquiries via system, email and telephone.
  • General query handling via email and telephone
  • Chasing results and any overdue orders.
  • Processing credits and extra charges.
  • Cancellation and expedite products ordered.
  • Manually keying of orders
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience in an Office Administration or Customer Service role
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Motivated and focused, with an inquisitive approach to problems
  • The ability to prioritise tasks accordingly and have great organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
