Administrator/Driver - Queenstown

We are in search of an administrative/driver superstar! This position is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week, approximately 20 hours as an administrator and 20 hours as a driver.

We are looking for an administrator/driver to provide support to our Queenstown schools depot. This role includes supporting our manager and supervisors, filing, office administration, organising vehicle servicing, defects and COF's and data processing. You will also be required to drive a Bus when necessary, transporting students to and from school.

Are you comfortable working under pressure and able to multitask? You will need to excel at prioritizing your work to meet deadlines and your communication skills will be of a high standard to liaise with our drivers and other stakeholders. This role offers variety, and we encourage people to develop and grow.

• Clean full class 1 drivers' licence for at least 2 years
• P Endorsement (we can support with this)
• Full Class 2 licence

• Great communication skills, with wonderful phone manner
• Excellent time keeping
• Be able to complete General Office duties
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Be a quick learner
• Strong numerical skills as Charter quoting will be involved
• A real can do attitude
