The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to JT Tutors by managing scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations, allowing tutors to focus on delivering high-quality education.

- Manage tutor and student timetables, ensuring accurate bookings and updates.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and reminders.
- Client Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining services/packages.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance logs.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and support basic bookkeeping.
- Organize digital files and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Operational Assistance
- Support marketing efforts by posting updates or assisting with social media scheduling.
- Provide logistical support for workshops, events, or online sessions.
- Assist with tutor onboarding and documentation.
