The education consultant will play a crucial role in developing and launching a new vocational ministerial training program at Nazarene Theological College, South Africa. This position involves extensive collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and educational leaders to enhance institutional development and ensure the program aligns with the college's future goals.

• Program Development: Assist with the creation and implementation of the new vocational ministerial training program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with faculty, staff, students, district educational leaders, district superintendents, and district boards of ministry to foster institutional, faculty, and constituency development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Africa South Field, the districts, and Nazarene Theological College to ensure coordinated efforts and alignment.
• Progression Assurance: Ensure the program aligns with the strategic goals and future direction of Nazarene Theological College-South Africa.

• Ordination: Must be an ordained minister.
• Educational Background: A Master of Arts (MA) degree with a background in Ministerial or Theological Studies is required.
• Ordination Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ordination process within the Nazarene church.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in educational development and stakeholder engagement in a theological or ministerial context.
