A well-established production-focused environment is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide essential support across operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient processing of documentation, and smooth day-to-day administrative flow within the business.
The successful candidate will be involved in stock reconciliations, order processing, invoicing, and general administrative support, contributing directly to operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Perform raw material and finished goods stock reconciliations
- Assist with demand planning and stock control processes
- Manage and process customer orders
- Capture supplier invoices and raise purchase orders
- Capture and maintain production reports
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data capturing
- Provide general administrative support including filing, correspondence, and data entry
- Support the team in ensuring smooth operational workflows
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative role (production/manufacturing environment advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
