Admin Operations Manager Luxury Property Group Cape Town

Cape Town (with travel between Winelands properties and monthly Eastern Cape trips)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly driven and proactive Admin Operations Manager for a luxury property group based in Cape Town. This is a dynamic, multi-site role for a confident individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable getting deeply involved in both administrative and operational tasks across multiple properties.

This is a hands on managerial role, not an assistant position, requiring someone who can take ownership, follow through, and help streamline operations across the group while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and follow up on HR documentation, payment slips, stock sheets, supplier records, and operational paperwork across properties
  • Ensure concierge communication is consistent and high standard across all properties
  • Enhance guest experiences and support seasonal/special event initiatives
  • Research and refine tour offerings, pricing structures, and guest activities
  • Track and follow up on outstanding tasks with General Managers
  • Support implementation of AI workflows, systems, and operational tools
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative projects across the groupWork closely with HR and senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and operational background (hospitality experience essential)
  • Highly proactive with a "can do" and solutions driven attitude
  • Confident communicator able to follow up firmly yet professionally with senior managers
  • Tech savvy with strong interest in AI systems and digital workflow tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of guest experience in luxury hospitality
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport essential
  • Willingness to travel frequently between properties and regions
  • Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow within a fast paced environment
