Admin Controller: Property finance and administration
Job Description
This role will suit an individual with experience in financial control. As the Timeshare Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that levy payments are processed within strict timelines as well as ensuring full usability of Timeshare weeks on various booking platforms.
South Africa's leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector, currently has the following opportunity at Head Office in Port Shepstone. In accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of the Group, preference shall be given, but not limited to, candidates from the designated groups.

- Processing of levy payments
- Matric
- Confident & professional communicator
- Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 2 Years client / stakeholder liaison / timeshare experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan and organise
- Numerical proficiency essential
- Strong business admin orientation
