Are you a highly motivated and disciplined professional looking to launch your career in sales and team building? Fusion Growth Partners, one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a remote Lead Generator to join our expanding team.

We are a company based in the United States and this is a cold call lead generation role. Your mission is to qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team. This is a critical, entry level position where you will be the first point of contact for new business, and your performance will directly impact our growth.

Your day-to-day will be straightforward and focused:

• Targeted Outreach: You will be provided with qualified leads to contact.
• Initial Engagement: You will cold call potential clients, explaining our unique value proposition and investment model using our provided script.

We believe in rewarding performance directly. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly base rate of $3 $7 per hour USD. Our top performers have the opportunity to move up in the company and explore different roles.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, resilient, and confident communicator. Strong English language proficiency is required.
