• Store Manager: R18000-R28000 per month (R216000-R336000 per year) plus performance bonuses of R20000-R60000 per year.
• Assistant Store Manager: R12000-R18000 per month (R144000-R216000 per year) plus quarterly bonuses and staff discounts.

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in retail management (3-5 years minimum).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, retail management systems, POS systems).

• Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with stock management, loss prevention, and inventory control.
