An established manufacturer within the consumer goods sector is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support revenue growth and deliver consistent customer service excellence.

This role focuses on managing existing client relationships, converting inbound enquiries, and ensuring seamless order processing within a fast paced, service driven environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in internal sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and organisational capability
  • Customer focused with a commercial mindset
