Account Director - 6 month contract
Job Description
The purpose of this role is to lead and mentor a team while driving the success of Humanz' customers. This involves providing strategic oversight and ensuring excellence across all five workstreams: Sales, Project Management, Finance, Strategy, and Execution. You will oversee the design, planning, and management of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to finish via the Humanz technology platform, as well as managing high-level client onboarding. This role also has a key commercial focus, ensuring your clients grow their spend and that the team operates within allocated budgets and designated timeframes.
The role requires the following skills:- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team in a client service environment.
- Extensive experience in the management and strategic direction of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional account & relationship management skills, including conflict resolution and C-suite communication.
- Expert campaign reporting and written communication skills.
- Advanced marketing strategy and creative skills.
- Strong financial & operational management skills, including budget ownership and delegation of administrative tasks.
- Able to lead, prioritize, and manage a dynamic team and complex workload independently.
- Manage team performance and capacity, including workload delegation, mentoring, and professional development.
- Lead the development of strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns.
- Oversee the process of identifying, verifying, contacting, briefing, and managing influencers during campaigns.
- Ensure campaign targets are met within agreed budgets and costs.
- Review and finalize campaign reports.
- Act as the senior, primary point of contact with clients, driving high-level strategy and communicating progress throughout.
- Oversee new customer and influencer on-boarding processes.
- Handle complex customer and influencer queries and escalations.
- Manage the creation of cost estimates, and obtain and manage signed contracts, estimates, or purchase orders.
- Report on completion of work, revenue, and costs within the Humanz backoffice to senior management.
- Assist the CEO with other high-priority operational requirements within this growing business.
- Retain your customers by delivering high quality campaigns and programs for them.
- Grow spend from your customers by upselling or proposing new ideas to them.
- Deliver campaigns or programs that can be turned into case studies for the business.
- Develop skills from the team members reporting to you.

- 5+ years' experience in Client Service (majority being in influencer marketing).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience managing or supervising a team.
- Strong existing network within the influencer marketing industry.
- SAAS industry experience is a plus.
