Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and student success? Our dynamic Online Department is looking for a dedicated Academic Administrator to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and passionate about delivering service excellence!

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the student academic records process.

Responsibilities
  • Student file and database administration
  • Transfer and replace existing students where necessary
  • Student registrations and tracking
  • Academic admin and progression reports
  • Student and lecturer administrative support
  • Text book and apparel stock control and administration
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualification beneficial
  • A minimum of 1 year in an administrative role in the academic sector
  • Experience in the hospitality industry beneficial
  • Knowledge of administrative compliance within the educational sector
  • Very strong admin background
  • Understanding of academic record keeping
  • Qualities: Passion - for the company's mission
  • Positive attitude and endurance
  • Organised, efficient, and accurate in performance.
