Job Opening: ABA Recruiter

Location: South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified ABA professionals including BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Conduct outreach through various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit for both qualifications and company culture.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors.
  • Knowledge of the ABA field and familiarity with positions such as BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent.
