Job Description

Position: ABA Intake Specialist/Administrator

Location: Remote (South Africa, US Hours)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Salary:South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to intake inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Collect, verify, and process client information including assessments, insurance details, and referrals.
  • Schedule initial evaluations and coordinate with clinical staff.
  • Maintain accurate intake records and update client management systems.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to families throughout the intake process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to facilitate service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy intake or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM, EHR, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during US business hours.
  • Detail-oriented with a compassionate and patient approach to client interactions.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
