An A/B Testing Specialist with 4-7 years of experience in Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing and Billing, and Liquidity Management would likely:
Responsibilities:- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize business outcomes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with product and business teams on experiment design
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing in financial products/services
- Ensure tests are statistically sound and actionable
- Work on personalization and segmentation strategies
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
- Statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Understanding of UX principles and financial products
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
